Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Shipping Methods:
- International Shipping: 6-10 business days
- US Free Shipping: 2-5 business days
- US Express Shipping: 2 business days
International Shipping
- Shipment Method: International Shipping via DHL. Rates will be provided during checkout and depend on the destination.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Wing Wipes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages & Loss
- Wing Wipes is not liable for any products damaged during shipping or if your order is lost after shipping. If you received your order damaged or haven't received your order within the specified timeframe, please contact us with evidence, and we'll do our best to assist you. It's rare for a bag to be damaged, but if your order is lost, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Given the nature of our product, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
